Refund Policy (7 Days)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your product. To qualify for a refund:
- The product should be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- You must contact us within 7 days from the date you received the product to initiate the return process.
- Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund immediately through your original payment method. The refund amount will be credited back to your account within 5-7 business days.
Exchange Policy (7 Days)
If you would like to exchange a product, you can do so within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product should be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- You need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to start the exchange process.
- The item you wish to exchange must be of the same value or higher. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the price difference.
- Please note that the exchange is subject to product availability.
How to Process a Refund or Exchange

- Return the Product: Once we confirm your request, return the product to our store address: Plaza E/674 New Commercial Market, DHA Phase 4, Lahore.

Refund/Exchange Processed: After receiving the returned product in its original condition, we will either:
- Refund the amount to your original payment method (in case of a refund).
- Exchange the product with the one you requested (in case of an exchange).
Important Notes
- Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning products. In the case of a valid exchange, we’ll cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
- Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Products: Certain items like sale products, intimate wear, or personalized items may not be eligible for refund or exchange. Please check product details for eligibility.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We’ll be happy to offer a full refund or exchange.
